What you will do?

In order to help more Belgian organisations with our solutions, we are looking for a professional, who understands the needs, worries and pain of the construction industry. 
You understand that organisations need a flexible and adaptable solution for their lack of talent and that therefore they might need to change their way of working to a new digital model.
Not only are you looking for organisations and entrepreneurs to increase turnover, but you also want to be a partner for them and a problem solver in these challenging times when the war for talent is at its peak.

More specifically, this means that you are looking for new clients in the construction industry, but also for architects and engineering firms that have difficulty growing due to a lack of technical designers or are simply ready for a new way of working, instead of relying on the unsustainable and insecure labour market. 

Qualifications and Skills

As the trusted partner for your client and as a business developer, you comprehend the outsourcing industry and its trends to better engage and advise entrepreneurs.

  • As a people manager, you have excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated sales experience in the HR or outsourcing sector with a technical background
  • Knowhow of the building industry
  • Strongly interested in architecture and its future trends
  • Proven solution sales experience in developing sales pipelines
  • Effectively build, develop and create tools to close sales opportunities
  • The power to convince your relations of a new way of working, allowing them to make progress with their own personal team in Dubai
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction
